I like more icing than cookie. My wife prefers the cookie part, so she eats my “lid” as the kids and I call it so I can enjoy the double icing and bottom cookie part! That’s a perfect match!

It’s nice to have food memories. Whenever I fry bacon I remember my grandpa and i in his kitchen before he’d leave for the firehouse frying up bacon and eggs. Of course he died in his early 50s, but I prefer to believe it had nothing to do with all the fried eggs and bacon we enjoyed.
