I’m trying to find information on a “Agnes House” from Indiana that married George Wilder. They had a child George Wilder around 1870 – 1873, who married a Clara Koch in 1897 in Oklahoma. Any help would be appreciated. I found George and Clara in 1900 in Watonga Oklahoma, but each time they listed parents it changes as to where they were from.

I am a rookie-tracking down Florus I stumbled on your work. you’ve saved a lot of grief. Thanks for your efforts. James W. House is my great-grandfather, and the obit I have shows his birth in 1876. I’m wondering where you obtained a different date?

Thank you for sharing a most informative and personal account of your great-grandfather. My Patriot is Lazarus, and my ancestors follow his oldest son Jeremiah. To quote a well known genealogist – you have put “meat” on the bones of your ancestor.
